Head of the Hajjaj Service Center: The delivery of Hajj camps 1447 AH, the first Dhul Qi’dah
The General Supervisor of the 99th Center for the Diwar Al -Bayt Company for the pilgrims of Bahrain Mission d. Abdul Rahman Sheli on preparations by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in full swing, for the Hajj 1447 AH season, stressing that the company responsible for the Bahrain mission continues to develop its procedures year after year, the last of which was the delivery of the “Nesc” cards to the pilgrims of the Kingdom before they left the homeland, and he said that the vision for the next pilgrimage is that the camps are delivered first with Dhu al -Qi’dah.
For his part, the official of the seasons campaign for Hajj and Umrah, Jassim Apple, stressed the importance of the initiative to register the desire for the pilgrimage when opening the platform on September 3, because the precedence is considered one of the most prominent conditions for admission, pointing out that the platform of the Supreme Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs received more than 14 thousand wishing to perform Hajj while the Bahrain Kuta is only 4625.
This came during a ceremony held by the seasons campaign to honor the press, where the newspaper “Al -Watan” was honored, and to announce the inauguration of its media campaign for the Hajj season 1447 AH, in the presence of the General Supervisor of the Center of 99 Diwaf Al -Bayt Company for pilgrims of the Bahrain Mission d. Abdul Rahman Sheli, who explained that the center is the only one who serves the pilgrims of Bahrain, and said: “The pilgrims of the Kingdom of Bahrain are our guests, our brothers, and the owners of a place, and we are honored, and we cherish that our honor is God and our specialty to serve the pilgrims of his forbidden home.”
And among the services provided by the center to the pilgrims of Bahrain from the equipment and pre -arrival procedures for Saudi Arabia from preparing sites in the holy sites, supervising the housing for pilgrims, ensuring their readiness, reception, and providing all services from the moment of the pilgrims coming to leaving the last pilgrim to Bahrain.
On preparing for the season early, Sheley explained that the applicants and organizations updated and updated year after year, which were recently observed in terms of higher organization, reflected on the facilitation of the pilgrimage last year, as well as reflected on the supervisors and administrators, and the task became easy for them, so they provided services in the easiest way.
Regarding the existence of new requirements in the next Hajj season, he explained that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah operates around the clock to prepare for the season, especially since the pilgrimage procedures for the past year were all electronic, and a high -end service was provided due to prior readiness and follow -up, and he said that the vision for the next pilgrimage is that the camps are delivered first with Al -Qi’dah.
On the other hand, the seasons campaign official explained the new system presented by the Bahrain Mission, which he described as transparency and justice, as it takes place in three stages:
1- Registration for those wishing to perform Hajj from the date of 3-16 September to determine acceptance, waiting or rejection, and citizens in that period can register their names on the platform according to 3 conditions, namely: to be Bahraini, and he did not perform Hajj during the past four years, which is the most important condition, as the first hours of the opening of the platform last year recorded more 14 thousand wishing to perform Hajj, while the quota of the Kingdom is only 4625.
He pointed out that there is an exception for those who have performed the pilgrimage during the past four years, which is for the forbidden pilgrim or accompanying the elderly, and the condition of precedence will fall from it.
2- After September 16, those who were chosen will be determined according to the requirements, and within a period between 10- 15 days, the pilgrims will give the opportunity to choose only one campaign to go with it, and the platform will open to choose that campaign.
3- Upon the minimum campaigns are met, which is 90 pilgrims, they will be registered while other campaigns come out, and pilgrims are given the opportunity to choose from the campaigns that were registered by opening the platform again to convert to the campaigns that meet the conditions and acceptance.
And Apple indicated that these three stages end at mid -October, when the pilgrim will pay 150 dinars after the selection of the campaign, and indicated that the campaigns paid the guarantee according to its determination of its capacity from the pilgrims, pointing out that this guarantee is used to complete the course of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj fees, and the campaigns that did not meet the number of pilgrims recovering the bank guarantee, and Apple denied the existence of any news of additional fees for the next pilgrimage.
The ceremony, which was held by the seasons campaign with a welcome speech, followed by an exclusive show of the movie “The Complete Class”, which won the admiration of the attendees because of its influential documentary scenes that embodied the spiritual journey of pilgrims from the moment of preparation to the performance of the rituals, while highlighting the level of organization and comprehensive care provided by the campaign, so that the attendance will live the atmosphere of the trip as if they were among the pilgrims.
