The Capital Secretariat Council revealed the details of the council’s performance during the third session, as the council held 20 sessions during the period from September 2024 to June 2025, during which 54 decisions and recommendations were raised, 43 of which were answered with approval, while 9 of them remained under study.
The technical committee issued the number of decisions filed with 40 decisions, followed by the Finance Committee with 6 decisions, then the Services Committee finally came with 4 decisions issued 4 decisions from other committees.
The Capital Security Council also continued to receive, study and follow up the requests for housing restoration and requests for rain insulating within the city and villages development project, and the number reached 45 requests, 16 applications were filed and 13 applications were implemented and two applications are being implemented, and according to the council there are 4 requests in the process of appointing a contractor, and you request to wait One.
Within the council’s efforts to identify the needs of the regions in the capital, the coordinators were directed to visit the various regions in the capital, after preparing files on complaints, in addition to preparing a database to benefit from them in solving the files and complaints that are repeated, where the coordinators were able to implement 172 field visits, with an achievement rate exceeding 100% where the goal was to clean up 50 visits to each role.
Nabih Saleh and Sitra came at the top of the areas that were visited during the role with 28 visits, followed by the areas of Umm Al -Hosaam, Al -Fateh and Al -Adliyah with 25 visits, then the Ma’amer and Eastern area with 22 visits.
