A gas cylinder explosion at Sohag Restaurant
It is worth noting that the eastern Sohag neighborhood witnessed, on Friday evening, a fire due to a gas cylinder explosion inside a restaurant in the field of Muslim youth, which resulted in the injury of 21 people, all of whom were transported by ambulances to Sohag General Hospital, health insurance and university hospital.
Major General Dr. Abdel Fattah Siraj, the governor of Sohag, made an inspection tour of Sohag General Hospital, to check on the health status of the injured in the fire accident that broke out in a restaurant in the field of Muslim youths in the eastern Sohag neighborhood, following the explosion of a gas cylinder.
During the inspection tour, the governor was accompanied by Dr. Amr Dowidar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Sohag, where he was keen to follow up on all affected cases inside the care and emergency rooms, and listened to a detailed explanation of the level of medical services provided.
