The New Cairo Prosecution decided to present the content maker, Mohamed Shaker, known as “Shaker, banned”, to the forensic medicine to withdraw a sample of blood and urine, in order to analyze it and explain the extent of his use of narcotic drugs, after he was recently seized in the first gathering area and in possession of an unlicensed firearm and a quantity of “hashish” and “ice”.
The prosecution’s decision came after the accused approved the initial investigations to possess narcotic substances with the intention of abuse, while the prosecution denied the contentment of the statements, and decided to be subjected to a medical examination in accordance with the legal procedures followed.
The prosecution also ordered the seizures to be seized and sent to the chemical laboratory to analyze them, in addition to examining the mobile phone of the accused to show the nature of the content published on it, and determine the extent of its violation of the law.
The investigation authorities continue to discuss the accused about his electronic activity and sources of financing the content he provides, pending the results of technical and medical examinations.
