On Friday, a federal judge prevented the Trump administration from rapid deportation of migrants who entered the United States legally for humanitarian reasons, which could limit the arrests in the immigration courts that sparked controversy throughout the country, according to the American CBS News.
The Jia Coeb County judge ruled immigration officials to prevent federalists from using two directions from the Trump administration to implement a quick deportation process known as expedited deportation to immigrants who have been granted a conditional release of immigration to enter the United States in an official entry port.

It is worth noting that the conditional release is a migration authority that allows federal officials to accept foreigners for humanitarian reasons, and allows them to live and work in the United States legally on a temporary basis.
The court ruling greatly hinders the aggressive efforts made by the Trump administration to intensify the mass deportation campaign by targeting the permitted migrants to enter the United States under the Biden administration through the authoritarian release authority. It is expected that the Ministry of Justice will resume.
