A new study revealed that there are warning signs that appear on people with osteoporosis, but they take time to their appearance and thus lead to diagnosis and treatment early, which helps prevent bone loss and avoid fractures.

Low bone density
Diagnosis does not necessarily mean that the bone density is that a person has osteoporosis, but it is an early warning sign.
Bone fractures, especially caused by mild injuries
Bone fractures are the main warning signs on osteoporosis. About 50 % of women and 25 % of men may be exposed to a fracture related to osteoporosis during their lives, and the most common osteoporosis fractures are hip, spine and wrist, and fractures may be mild injuries, such as simple collision, coughing or bending, which may indicate osteoporosis.
Length
One of the first complaints that may appear in people with osteoporosis is the loss of height, it is natural for the length to decrease slightly with age, but the loss of more than 1.5 inches may be an indication of osteoporosis.
