Abu Dhabi: “The Gulf” The Environment Authority – Abu Dhabi won two awards of the Global Grand Governance Awards for the year 2025 presented annually by the British Cambridge IFA Foundation, thus becoming the first government agency in the emirate to receive this prestigious international honor. The authority won the leadership award in sustainable governance, in appreciation of its efforts to integrate the principles of sustainability within its organizational and operational frameworks, in addition to the Excellence Award in Environmental, Social and Institutional Governance (ESG), which confirms the authority’s leadership in adopting this approach within its strategies, operations and decisions.
