The Abu Dhabi Commercial Court ruled, obliging a company to perform 85,399 dirhams to the car rental office, and also obligated it to the interest of 3% annually from the date of the claim until the completion of the payment, in addition to fees and expenses, after the company rented 3 cars from the office and refrained from paying the rental value. In the details of the case, the car rental office filed a lawsuit against a company that rented three vehicles and refrained from paying the fee due, and demanded in his lawsuit to compel the company to perform 85,399 dirhams and the benefit of 12% of the date of the claim and until the completion of the payment.
