The Department of Human Resources for the Dubai Government, Dr. Muhammad Suhail Al -Muhairi, honored one of the employees of the government agencies in the emirate and the owner of the proposal of “Summer Working Hours”, in appreciation of his qualitative idea that contributed to developing the work environment and enhancing the welfare of employees.
