The Sharjah Charitable Society has approved the requests of 33 young people with low incomes, from those who are about to marry, and they cannot complete the wedding ceremony. The association’s assistance came within the “Facilitating Marriage” project for young people who are not benefiting from the marriage fund, with the aim of achieving the stability of society and building its daughter on sound foundations, away from borrowing and loans, where manifestations of the high dowries and the high cost of marriage constitute a dilemma that causes many young people to be reluctant to marry, because they are unable to match these material costs.
