Today, the Blogir Abdel -Razek presented an appeal opposition against the absence of the absence against it by one year imprisonment, against the background of accusing it of spreading the content that violates public morals.
Although the opposition was submitted, it did not abandon it, as it remained detained after presenting it to the detectives to implement another ruling issued by the Talbiyah Misdemeanor Court, to be imprisoned for 3 months in another case.
Mahmoud Al -Shennawi, the defendant’s lawyer, said in statements to “Cairo 24” that the appeal papers for the second case will be submitted, with the aim of release his client, stressing that she had previously stabbed this ruling.
The security services had arrested the roar in mid -July, during a live broadcast of her apartment in the New Cairo region, against the backdrop of reports accusing her of publishing videos that violate public morals, incitement to immorality, and infringement of family values and society.
After her arrest, the accused was seized until the technical reports and digital evidence of the photographer, while her ex -wife was released after ending the differences between them and reconciling before the investigation authorities.
Hadeer Abdel Razek faced several various issues, including sentences of imprisonment and fine in the incident of a collision that caused injuries, and others related to the inappropriate publishing on social media, but all these issues were completed except for the case that the appellate opposition was concluded yesterday.
