The Al -Fawakhir area in the west of Assiut Governorate witnessed the collapse of a 3 -storey house, and the civil protection forces intensified their efforts to extract an elderly woman from the rubble.
A sudden mile and collapse
One of the neighbors of the collapsed house said that he was surprised by the neighbors, warning him that the house next to his home is to fall, and while they spoke the house and fell completely on the ground.
He added that the collapsed house caused the collapse of the balcony of his house and the ladder, and also caused damage to his son’s apartment, who is preparing for the wedding after 3 months, indicating that his son was putting all the money he had in preparing the apartment.
He explained that the rescue forces intensified their efforts to extract an elderly woman named Fatima Ali Ahmed, from under the rubble, and a person from the household named Ahmed Osama was rescued and transferred to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment and do first aid.
