The movement came in keeping with the state’s directions in escalating the qualified young elements, benefiting from distinguished security experiences, and achieving the highest rates of efficiency and discipline in performance, and an affirmation of the Ministry of Interior’s keenness to continue institutional construction, and the development of the security work system in all its sectors.

The most prominent features of the police movement came as follows:
• Enhancing field and service work sites with distinguished elements, with efficiency and experience, to achieve greater effectiveness in security performance, especially in security directorates and mass sites.
• The escalation of the leaders of the second row of distinguished officers to take over leadership positions, in a manner that guarantees continuity and renewed blood within the security establishment.

• Expanding the base of dependence on modern security technology, by pushing trained elements in the areas of cybersecurity, digital transformation, and combating newly created crimes.
• Taking into account the human, social and health dimension of officers when preparing the movement, according to the regulators, in a way that contributes to achieving the functional and social stability of the officers and their families.
