Zain Bahrain, the leading company in the field of communications and technology in the Kingdom, has announced the launch of its annual summer training program under the name “Zain Career Connect”, in confirmation of its continuous commitment to empowering Bahraini youth and sponsoring promising talents by filling the gap between academic education and practical experience in the work environment.
The summer training program, which runs for two months and divided into two batches, aims during July and August to raise the readiness of Bahraini university students to the labor market, by providing them with the opportunity to gain practical experiences directly within a professional work environment. Participants will be distributed in multiple departments in Zain Bahrain, including marketing, customer experience, network operation, human resources, and digital innovation, in order to learn about various aspects of work and develop the basic personal and professional skills required in a real work environment, under the supervision of experienced guides.
