On a wide wood called “North Coast”, the lights are bright and the audience does not close its eyes. Every movement is observed, every calculated laugh, and every scene is preserved in an indifferent memory. Here there is no room for experimentation, as the offer is broadcast directly in front of millions of eyes, and there is no room for the return of the snapshot or apology after the fall of the curtain.

In this open theater, some influencers think that the role is an absolute heroism, and that any bold movement will be applauded. But the audience – and I mean here the whole world – does not applaud the mistakes, but rather keeps it long as a distorted memory, repeats it, commenting on it, and making it a title that does not belong to its owner alone, but rather belongs to an entire society.

Worse than that, some social media platforms deliberately write the person’s name, followed by the word “Bahraini” only to attract views and provoke reactions, as if the national identity has become a cheap tool for marketing. Even if the person himself added this title to his name, it is a matter of taste and respect for societies that this title is notified and not to be used in contexts that insult his value. It is really ashamed that the people of Bahrain find themselves forced every time to defend their country and the women of their country, stressing that these actions are individual neither Bahraini nor Gulf women in general.

Respect the identity of your country, your customs and traditions, do not make us an easy material for every anticipation that awaits a slip to turn it into a “mockery” in general. Your image is not belonging to you alone, it is a mirror for all of us. You have the right to rejoice, to enjoy, to live your own moments, but it is unacceptable that the price of this joy is to distort the entire country.

And all the appearance of a responsibility, because you are “as influential”, you make the role models of people, or not. And the fall here does not drop you alone, but rather the values of you that the small generation learns with silence.

Then there is a smaller generation that watches us in silence. These adolescents do not have the tools of criticism and do not differentiate between real freedom and a transient impulse. They just imitate what is shining in front of them, believing that fame is shortened in a loud dance or a bold snapshot. Freedom does not test us while we are alone. As a matter of fairness, thanks to the Egyptian Syndicate, which rushed to take a firm position and hold the mistakes accountable, these measures are not a restriction of joy as much as it is a protection of the image of peoples and respect for public taste. Such positions are reminding that freedom does not mean chaos, and that societal responsibility is a common duty.

The truth is that the Bahraini woman, and the Gulf woman in general, did not need artificial lights; It is a light in itself. The countries that raise their name high are not worthy to be hurt by an individual impulse or a behavior that is not appropriate for its history.

And it was stated in the Noble Qur’an: “And there is no visit and another butter.” Perhaps what Socrates said centuries ago summarizes the same truth, “Do not spoil your reputation with actions that do not resemble you. People judge you with what you see, not what you know about yourself.”

In this big theater, it is not important how many times you went up to the light, but how you left the scene. You may travel alone, but you do not make mistakes alone, one mistake may applaud strangers for a moment, but he let your country pay for a long time. Keep your image, the audience is unforgettable, and memory does not erase bad roles.
