The representative of the seventh district in the North Municipal Director Zina Jassim said that the construction of the village park at 551, which is currently working on the municipality of the northern region, will end in September 2025 according to the work plan, where the park area is 3335.9 square meters, and the project cost is 169 thousand dinars.
She explained that the details of the implementation of the work included cleaning the site, construction work for service buildings, construction work for a football stadium and pedestrians, installation of umbrellas, construction and installation of the children’s games area, in addition to the construction and installation of rubber floors, and the installation and equipment of irrigation systems and green spaces. She added that the park includes a multi -use basketball and football ball, and a 300 square meter gaming game with a rubber and colorful floor.
The park also includes 3 green areas with a total area of 570 square meters, planted with green spaces containing 99 varied plants, including trees, palm trees and shrubs.
In addition to a service area, it has a guard room, toilets for both sexes, a place prepared for people with special needs and a special room for the tank and pumps. The park also contains 23 car parking, two of whom are for people with special needs.
She affirmed the interest of the municipal council for the northern region of gardens projects that contribute to increasing the green area, and enhances urban development in the Kingdom, in addition to being an outlet for entertainment activities for the people of the region.
