The “Small Hearts” campaign carried out by the Sharjah Charitable Society in “Dhaka”, the capital of Bangladesh, succeeded in saving 21 children who were suffering from heart attacks, in one of its most prominent humanitarian initiatives that embody the values of the Emirates in giving and care for the needy. The volunteer, Dr. Ahmed Al -Kamali, a consultant in the heart of children, women and childbirth at Al Qasimi Hospital in Sharjah, the head of the campaign, said that during the tour, 21 successful surgeries were performed for children, out of 26 cases that underwent initial examinations, and the campaign carried out a specialized medical team that included doctors from the Emirates, Egypt and Bangladesh, in cooperation with the University of Bangladesh Medical Hospital.
