Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al -Hamad Al -Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait, received the team, the engineer, the entire Minister of the Prime Minister for Industrial Development, Minister of Industry and Transport, and in the presence of Dr. Noura Al -Mashaan, Minister of Public Works and Transport in the State of Kuwait, Ambassador Osama Shaltout, the Egyptian ambassador to Kuwait, and Chancellor Noura Abdel Hadi, Deputy Head of the Egyptian Diplomatic Mission in Kuwait.
At the beginning of the meeting, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al -Hamad Al -Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait, welcomed the team, the engineer of Kamel, the Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development, the Egyptian Minister of Industry and Transport in his visit to his second country, Kuwait, praising the Egyptian role in support of the various issues of the Arab nation, and the wisdom of its leadership, President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Republic, and the ideas and initiatives that contribute to strengthening the unity of the Arab nation, despite the regional challenges facing it.
He stressed that this visit is a validation of the Kuwaiti -Egyptian brotherly relationship, which represents the cornerstone of the service of our sister peoples, as it reflects the keenness of the leadership of the two countries to increase the volume of joint cooperation and that Kuwait always welcomes the Egyptian side to participate and cooperate in various fields.
For his part, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development, Minister of Industry and Transport, conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Republic, to Sheikh Mishaal Al -Ahmad Al -Jaber Al -Sabah, Emir of Kuwait and Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al -Hamad Al -Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait, and to the brotherly Kuwaiti people, expressing his full appreciation to provide him with the opportunity to meet Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al -Hamad Al -Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait.
During the meeting, the Minister praised the strong and historical positions between the two brotherly countries, referring to the visit of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Republic to Kuwait during the period from April 14-15, 2025, and the visit of the Prime Minister in February 2025, and the reception of President Sisi to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishaal Al -Ahmad Al -Jaber Al -Sabah “on his first visit to Egypt in April 2024.
Increase the volume of joint cooperation between Egypt and Kuwait
The team, Kamel Al -Minister, stressed that President Sisi directed to work to increase the volume of joint cooperation with the sisterly State of Kuwait in various fields, especially with the historical and strong relations between the two sides.
17 Egyptian companies plan to implement giant projects in Kuwait
The minister added that the delegation of the Egyptian companies, who came to Kuwait, which includes the heads of 17 companies specialized in the field of infrastructure and giant projects, desires and is interested in cooperation with the Kuwaiti side in implementing development projects and basic inter -state projects that the Kuwaiti government plans at very reasonable prices and high quality measurements and in accordance with the specified time plans and the required speed and in a way that is available with Kuwaiti priorities and standards.
He stressed that there are many promising investment opportunities in Egypt in various fields, especially in the field of seaports, dry ports and logistical areas, as well as promising investment opportunities in the industrial sector in Egypt, which can constitute a strong starting point for joint cooperation.
