Our national team achieved its second victories in the West Asian Volleyball Championship competitions, after defeating its counterpart, Jordan, with a score of 3 runs without (25-20, 25-14 and 25-12) in the meeting that brought them together at the conclusion of the second day of the championship competitions held in Bahrain during the period from 19 to 26 July, at the Issa bin Rashid hall in Isa Sports City.
Our team continued its strong technical performances by achieving a great victory over its Jordanian counterpart, as our team managed to lead the first group equally with the UAE team and the difference in the percentage of runs.
Our team is playing its match today, with its Emirati counterpart at seven in the evening at the top of the first group, as the Red men are looking to confirm their worth and provide a strong level in order to ensure the lead.
The second day of the tournament witnessed the Kuwaiti team achieved a difficult victory over its Saudi counterpart with a score of 3 runs against two runs (17-25, 29-27, 25-23, 20-25 and 15-13), and the Emirati white defeated his Lebanese counterpart with a result of 3 runs against one run (25-23, 22-25, 25-13 and 25-20), while Al-Annabi achieved his victory over his counterpart The Omani with 3 runs against one run (25-19, 25-16, 23-25 and 25-16).
