In one of the most heinous forms of genocide in the modern era, Gaza children are exposed to a dual siege, which combines systematic Israeli starvation and shameful international silence.
At a time when the crossings are closed, aid prevents and targets the means of life, the children of the sector do not find what blocks their livelihood or tells their thirst, some of them die of starvation, while others wrestle wasting and diseases in front of the eyes of the world.
In the face of this humanitarian collapse, activists launched the #Gaza – killing bishops, to be a digital cry that documents the scale of the catastrophe experienced by more than two million Palestinians, as a result of the starvation policy practiced by Israel with American support, amid international silence and international deficit.
The mark witnessed a wide interaction at the Arab and international levels, as users shared live testimonies and shocking pictures documenting the suffering of civilians, especially children, patients and the elderly, demanding the opening of the crossings immediately and the introduction of urgent relief assistance.

Among the tragic stories, the death of the child, Razan Abu Zahir, was due to severe malnutrition and a lack of milk, after her family was unable to secure food in light of the deadly siege in a scene that embodies the tragedy of thousands of children in the sector.
One of the tweeters narrated the testimony of his brother, a gynecologist and childbirth in Gaza, in which he said: “The coming hours are very critical. There is no milk for children, not even in the issuance of mothers who suffer from the severity of hunger. If the situation does not remedy, we may witness mass deaths between births and infants.”
Other bloggers emphasized that what is happening in Gaza is not a scene from a fictional movie, but rather a fact that is embodied in the images of the skinny children who search in garbage bags from crumbs that block their breath. Here, the children are no longer looking for play or warmth, but rather for rice crumbs between waste.
Many described what is happening as a “integrated crime”, considering that global silence is an explicit partnership in that crime.
One of the activists wrote: “Gaza kills starvation, and the world is silent. Children die without food, and mothers watch breaths that suffocate from the severity of hunger.”
Another added: “Generations are completely eliminated. No one is excluded … the stomach is empty, dizziness and nausea visits us. Children, women and the elderly die in silence.”
Blogon pointed out that the Israeli occupation is practicing what they called “starvation engineering” against the Palestinians, as a systematic policy to slowly exterminating a whole generation.
Scenes of the superiority of imagination
Moghrdon published various shocking photos and videos from Gaza, showing an elderly eating foliage, and a woman feeding her children as corn paper as a major meal, while an elderly man collapsed from the severity of hunger, while he was waiting for a bite in the aid queue.
Twitter users described a Palestinian elderly elderly elderly person as documenting a complete human crime, stressing that even animal feed is not available in Gaza to block people with their breath, in a scene “above a tragic” that cannot be described.
One of the activists wrote: “The most difficult viewer ever: an elderly man who fell unconscious from the severity of hunger while waiting for a food summit. The situation came out of control completely, we are facing a historical catastrophe … and this man is not known now.”
Another wrote: “This is not a famine in a forgotten continent, this Gaza … the city that was vibrant, has become wrestling with hunger alone in isolation.”
Amid this dark reality, bloggers and activists asked: Where are the international organizations? Where is UNICEF? Where are the human rights and humanitarian bodies that raise the slogan of human protection and childhood?
One of them wrote, “Our children did not return as they were … they turned into skeletons of hunger. What we are witnessing is not just a humanitarian crisis, but rather a crime of devotion documented with sound and image.”
Others concluded, “The search for food in Gaza is more difficult than searching for death, because death there comes without an appointment: bombing, sniping, hunger, under the rubble, or by interruption of medicine, or by oppression and lethality. As for the baking of bread … it needs a miracle.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel has committed an American support for genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, destruction and hybrid, ignoring international calls and orders issued by the International Court of Justice to stop it.
