The Banha Criminal Court – the third district – decided to postpone the trial of 5 accused, including a housewife, accused of killing a woman named Zahrat Al -Ula M.
The decision was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Sayed Rifai Hussein Ezzat, membership of Advisors Izzat Samir Ezzat, Mustafa Anwar Ahmed Moamen, Hossam Farouk Abdel Latif El -Desouki, and the secretariat of Mina Awad.
Details of the incident
The events of the case date back to October 15, 2024, when the five defendants planned to undermine the victim, who had no guilt except that they were found on their way, so they watered the intention and the roles were distributed between them, and they were armed with an incomparable attention: Ishreb from a simple fabric, but it was sufficient to fill the spirit of an innocent person.
According to the referral order in case No. 912 of 2025 misdemeanors of the Khanka Center, which is restricted by No. 54 of 2025, Kully North Benha, the accused:
Ahmed. I. M, 26 years old, daily wage worker, and Sally. M. B, 25 years old, housewife, and Abdel Rahman. M. I, 21 years old, worker, and Muhammad. M. I, 24 years old, worker, and Amr. H. M, 23 years old, a driver, cooperated in the killing of the victim inside her residence, where three of them put it on the ground and paralyzed her movement, while one of them strangled her with “the wechright”, while the goal was to steal.
Killing to facilitate theft
The Public Prosecution revealed that the crime was not a result of a moment, but rather as a result of a planned planning, and the goal was to steal a golden junction, a sum of money, a mobile phone, and food materials from the victim’s house, and the crime was carried out at night after the defendants confirmed that there were no witnesses.
It turns out that the tool used to kill – the Ishrib – was owned by the victim itself, as the perpetrators used it to mute her breath.
