The chief coach of the Ethiopian Federal Police University, Major Pitimmer Yao Tulo, praised the efforts of the Dubai Police General Police to make the police innovation a sustainable approach, through which its strategic goals are achieved in making Dubai the most secure and safe city in the world. Major Tulo, who represented his country in the second edition of the specialized diploma for police innovation and international leaders (PIL) organized by Dubai Police in cooperation with the Rochester Institute of Technology, and participated in officers from 39 countries from all continents of the world, added that he returned to his homeland loaded with inspiring ideas.
