Official intervention from the Palestinian Federation
In a remarkable development, the Palestinian Football Association issued an official statement on its Facebook page, in which he expressed his concern and regret from the media and mass campaign that the player is exposed to in Egypt, against the background of the crisis of his departure from Al -Ahly.
The statement stated: We demand the Egyptian Football Association and its president Hani Abu Raida to intervene to protect the player, and we also demand the Al -Ahly administration to assume its responsibilities in calming the atmosphere and defending its players, and not leaving them vulnerable to the offensive campaigns.
Al -Ittihad also expressed its appreciation to the Al -Ahly Club and its ancient history, wishing success to the club in its upcoming entitlements, stressing its full support for the player Wissam Abu Ali in his sports future.
