The Hebrew newspaper Haaretz revealed the analysis of satellite images and experts, that the scale of the destruction in the Gaza Strip is greater than it was previously believed, explaining that at least 70% of the buildings in Gaza have become unimportant for housing.

The report explained that 89% of the buildings were destroyed in Rafah and 84% of the buildings in the northern Gaza Strip, noting that 78% of the buildings in Gaza City were completely or partially destroyed.
He added that the destruction of buildings in Gaza is carried out by Israeli contractors under the supervision of the army, and that the Israeli contractors receive approximately 5,000 shekels for each building destroying it, and that they are pressing to expand the destruction areas.
