The investigation authorities had conducted an investigation with the dancer known in the media as “Linda Martino”, after being arrested on charges of spreading the content of the modesty, and inciting immorality through social media.
During the investigation session, the accused denied all the accusations leveled against her, confirming that she is practicing her work in a legal framework and authorized by the competent authorities.
She stated in her statements: I have permits for practicing the profession, and all the videos spread on the social media are ordinary, and this is an instead of a dance authorized and there is no need for a violation or out of public morals.
Linda added that some videos were shared or manipulated on the Internet, noting that her appearance in dance allowance is not different from any licensed artistic shows that are presented in parties and hotels, and that the goal of publishing these clips is to defame them and insult her reputation.
The defendant explained that she did not incite any immorality or vice, and that her appearance on social media is part of an artistic activity and has no criminal character.
