EgyptAir announced just the controls and procedures regulating and issuing group tickets during the Umrah season for the year 1447 AH – 2025/2026 AD.
Cairo 24 obtained the controls as follows:
First: Book groups
– The Hajj and Umrah Administration receives the requests of tourism companies from Here
– The promotion department in the Hajj and Umrah Administration is dealt only through the link for the seizure of groups, and in the event of a reservation modification request, it is dealt with through the e -mail: [email protected]
– Tourism companies are dealt with their papers, namely:
A valid image of Ayata, the tax card, commercial registry, the Chamber of Tourism and Travel Companies Card for the year 2025/2026, authorization of the bank’s signature (origin), including the company’s email (DOMAIN) or the email of one of the company owners, the names of the gentlemen and the numbers of phone, and the delegates must be attended by the administration based on prior contact with the Hajj and Umrah administration with the company concerned.
– All correspondence received from tourism companies: via e -mail or written on the computer, signed and sealed, and will not pay any handwriting vertebra
– The inclusion of names on the reservation:
25% of the names 30 days before the flight, complete the percentage to 60% before the flight date by 21 days, in the event of non -compliance, the number of seats is kept according to the percentage and the rest is automatically canceled without referring to the agent
– Reviewing names before issuing tickets is the responsibility of the tourism company, and EgyptAir does not bear any responsibility in the event of errors or replacement in the names after printing.
– The names are not allowed to change except within the limits of 10% of the total number, provided that the amendment is before the issuance of tickets.
– In the event that the supervisor name is changed after issuing the ticket, official documents are required, with the prepared taxes.
– It is not allowed to book groups (Jeddah / Al -Madinah / Taif) in the form of individuals from tourism companies, and this is only done through the Hajj and Umrah administration. Whoever violates this is referred to the General Administration of Internal Sales, and the price and fees difference is collected if any.
The reservation premises are only collected on confirmed places.
– The reservation is not allowed (travel, return, or traffic) for a part of the group except after issuing tickets, with the application of the paragraphs mentioned in the third item and downloading the prescribed fees.
Second: The rules of reservations and tickets issue
– The reservation provider is paid within 48 hours from the date of confirmation of the reservation in cash or a bank check (acceptable), to avoid its automatic cancellation.
– If the group is requested within 15 days of the date of travel, the release is made within 24 hours to confirm.
– The reservation premises are not subject to confirmation of the confirmed seats through the Hajj and Umrah Administration and EgyptAir offices, in exchange for the EMD issuance as a collection document (not a receipt of a grip), at an amount of 2000 pounds for each seat.
– With regard to the periods of the mid -year vacation, and from the last ten days of the month of Shaban until the end of Ramadan, the value of the tickets is collected entirely for confirmed seats.
