Ali bin Saleh Al -Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, arrived this morning in the capital of the Russian Federation, “Moscow”, on an official visit to meet at the invitation of Valentina Matvenko, President of the Federal Association of the Russian Federation.
Upon the arrival of the Chairman of the Shura Council and the accompanying delegation, they were received by Mohamed Ahmedouf, Vice -Chairman of the Social Policy Committee of the Federal Association of the Russian Federation, the President of the Russian -Bahraini Parliamentary Friendship Group, and Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al -Saati, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation.
The Chairman of the Shura Council is holding a session of talks with the President of the Federal Association of the Russian Federation, and also meets a number of senior officials and parliamentarians.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Shura Council stressed that this visit comes in order to consolidate the Bahraini -Russian relations, expand the horizons of joint parliamentary cooperation, and to push the bilateral interests that focus on the support and firm attention from the presence of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the most country, and President Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
The delegation of the Shura Council participating in the official visit includes: Dr. Jihad Abdullah Al -Fadil, Second Deputy Chairman of the Council, Khaled Hussein Al -Muscati, Chairman of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, d. Muhammad Ali Hassan Ali, Chairman of the Public Utilities and Environment Committee, and Karima Muhammad Al -Abbasi, Secretary -General of the Council.
