Morning tour .. with a social and healthy effect

The tour is made every Friday in the early morning hours in respect of social traditions and in order to avoid crowding, and includes posts from different ages, from young girls to mothers, and sometimes even entire families, in a warm human scene that draws joy in the city’s roads.

Nagy notes that the practice of biking achieves tangible health benefits, including stimulating blood circulation, reducing cholesterol, and improving the absorption of vitamin D from the sun, stressing that the tour takes average for two hours of continuous activity.

“We decided to face social media with sports … and the change starts from a step.”

Samar concludes her speech with an inspiring message: “We do not have to ride a calf every day, but we must prefer people to think that sport is not a luxury .. This is a way of life, and we can start with a simple step, and it is a reason for a great change.”

This initiative opens the door to other examples of targeted community participation, which reflects the awareness of young men and women in Luxor, and their desire to restore life from its brighter angles.
