The Bahrain Association launches volunteer work in the presence of Dr. Hassan bin Eid Bouhmas, a member of the House of Representatives, the honorary President of the Bahrain Association for Voluntary Work during the month of August, the Bahraini Youth Voluntary Youth Forum under the slogan (Bahraini and Pride) in order to enhance the national identity, instill the concepts of community partnership and spread the culture of volunteer work among young people.
Mrs. Rana Abdel Majeed, head of the organizing committee of the forum, which is held in its eleventh edition this year, said that the Bahrain Association for Voluntary Work and since its establishment took it upon itself to enhance the spirit of citizenship in the hearts of youth and work to hold events and programs of a national, social and educational nature in an atmosphere of competition among young people; As young people prefer competition and highlight their talents and capabilities, in order to enhance confidence, giving and excellence.
Mrs. Rana confirmed that this year’s programs were taken from a Bahraini slogan and proud, as the team of academics and specialists in the youth programs prepared several activities that highlight the national spirit, belonging and loyalty to the homeland, where 40 young men and women from the age group 13-17 years are competing in the forum in a youth camp, where the first activities of the forum will be launched by searching for the missing treasure in the competition to search for the treasure in a way that decoders the codes and blades The mobile messages in the museum’s facilities through information on the history and effects of Bahrain, the civilization of Dilmun, the Awal and Taylaus, as well as introducing the youth to the role of the legislative authority and its tasks through the visit of the House of Representatives and the corporal of the mechanism of work in the council and the role of the committees emanating from The corporal of the center’s role in translating the royal royal trends in establishing the rules of love, peace and peaceful coexistence, and the participating youth also get to know the success stories of Bahraini personalities who have clear imprints in national giving in various fields to sit with them and listen to the path of their lives from the beginning to the stage of excellence and national giving and benefit from their experiences and provide advice to young people, until they continue their lives in excellence and giving, and we will not forget the habits and traditions of parents And the ancestors that created a social fabric rooted in the teachings of our true Islamic religion, where the participants will teach some customs and traditions from the popular heritage that confirmed the support, morals and values that are characterized by Bahraini society.
The head of the organizing committee of the forum added that the organizing committee will not lose sight of designing programs and activities to highlight the talents and capabilities of youth through social paragraphs and sports, cultural and artistic competitions.
Mrs. Rana Abdel Majeed showed that there is an honor guest of the forum from the Arab countries from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the Arab Republic of Egypt and Iraq, the ability of her thanks and appreciation to Dr. Hassan bin Eid Bouhmas for his support and follow -up to hold the National Forum, which highlights the Bahraini identity.
