The Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker issued a media statement in which he revealed the details of what he described as the injustice he was exposed to for more than 13 years, confirming his innocence of the charges against him, which he said was the result of settling narrow political accounts.
Fadel Shaker explained that he was not required to judge when he entered the Ain al -Hilweh camp, and that he resorted to him to escape the threat of death, stressing that notes and judicial rulings subsequently poured on him without any legal justification, as he put it.
Fadel Shaker said: I am innocent, and the judiciary is true, in absentia, the ruling of my innocence of fighting with the army, and the judgment is published on the media. I ask those concerned to deal with my file as an ordinary citizen, because 99 % of my problem will be solved once the political dimension is removed from my issue.

In his statement, the Lebanese artist revealed that he was subjected to financial blackmail attempts by some officials, who said that they had asked him for huge sums amounting to 5 million dollars, in addition to his real estate, in exchange for the issuance of a patent, which he described as originally due, he said.
Fadel Shaker continued: My family and children have been seized, although they are fixed in the documents.
Regarding his artistic career, Shaker stressed that he returned strongly to the scene, saying: I returned to art, and the global evaluation approved that I returned a difficult number, and my dear Republic on a date with upcoming works that will be more beautiful and sweeter.
Fadel Shaker sent a special greeting to Prince Muhammad bin Salman, saying: You have sent a spirit of hope to Lebanon, and I hope that my issue will be among the priorities of this new era, because it has been wronged politically for years.
He concluded his statement with a message to his fans, in which he confirmed that he would not stop singing, and that he is grateful for the support and love he receives from them, promising to meet soon and new works worthy of their trust.
