The Jordanian monarch, King Abdullah II, participated yesterday evening, Wednesday, in the work of the “Sun Valley” economic forum, which was held in the US state of Idaho, with the participation of political, economic and media leaders from around the world.
King Abdullah II, according to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), in the presence of His Highness Prince Al -Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, held meetings with businessmen, and representatives of a number of major international and American companies operating in industry and mining, technology, trade and transport, defense, and media.
During the meetings, the Jordanian monarch spoke about the importance of the paths of economic and administrative modernization in Jordan in enhancing the competitiveness of his country and its ability to attract investments, pointing to the chances of building and strengthening economic partnerships.
The Sun Valley Economic Forum annually discusses all political developments in the world, and the economic challenges resulting from it.
