The bank stressed in a post on its official Facebook page that all its electronic services and ATMs within the branches are stable and without any effect, noting that there is a limited influence on the performance of a number of ATMs outside the branches, and work is being restarted at the earliest time.
The bank also explained that the communication center operates at full capacity, and customers can communicate over the number 19995 through the ground lines, in light of the ongoing breakdowns in some communications networks.
The bank concluded its statement by emphasizing continuous communication with customers and informing them of any developments as soon as they occurred, thanking the public for their understanding and good cooperation.
