Counselor, Dr. Hanafi Jabali, Speaker of the House of Representatives, announced the resolution of the Fifth Ordinary session of the second legislative term, according to the ruling of Article 274 of the internal regulations, on the date determined by the President’s decision.

The internal regulations of the House of Representatives stipulate in Article 274 that the session of the meeting will continue for a period of at least 9 months, and it is not permissible to be unable except before the adoption of the state budget, and Article 115 of the Constitution states: The President of the Republic calls on the House of Representatives to convene for the regular annual role before the first Thursday of October, and if the council is not carried out, the Council meets by virtue of the constitution on the aforementioned day.
According to Article 274 of the internal regulations of the House of Representatives, it states: The President of the Republic calls on the House of Representatives to convene for the normal annual role before the first Thursday of October. It is not permissible for the council before the adoption of the state budget.
