Dubai police seized a young man who led his vehicle recklessly, after circulating a video that documented his leadership at a high speed on the shoulder of the road. Decree No. (30) of 2023, which provides for the vehicle’s reservation and a fine of 50,000 dirhams. Dubai Police stressed the importance of adhering to traffic safety laws, in order to preserve lives and property.
