The cost of preserving the archaeological sites is high despite the weak visit in some of them

Sherif Fathi, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, said that the cost of preserving the heritage archaeological sites is very high despite the weak income, and the Yahya al -Shahi dome site was completely restored.

The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities added, during his speech at a press conference for the opening of the two tribes of Yahya Al -Shabi Wasfi Al -Din Jawhar, that during the next week an initiative will be launched for training and details of archaeological sites.

Sherif Fathi, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, and Dr. Mohamed Ismail, Secretary -General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, opened a dome and Yahya Al -Shabiya, in the presence of Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo. The opening was also attended by a group of archaeologists.

The Yahya al -Shabihaus, which was named by this name with its similarity with the Prophet Muhammad, holds a religious and historical importance, as it is part of the group of Fatimid shrines for the people of the house.

The dome of Safi al -Din Johar

It was established by Safi al -Din, Jawhar al -Nasiri al -Maliki, sometimes known as Sidi, the presenter of the Royal Mamluks in the days of the Mamluk Sultan, Baybars Jashnakir, in the year 714 AH/ 1314AD, and it is located on Rakbiya Street, branched from Al -Sulaibiya Street in the Khalifa neighborhood of Cairo, and it consists of an irregular rectangular area that was divided into a gendarmerie followed by the main entrance, this gendarmerie leads to an open bowl and the burial dome It is advanced by its southeastern side, a chapel.
