A source in Zamalek Club revealed the secret behind the continuation of Mustafa Al -Zanari and his failure to enter the deal of Ahmed Rabie, or his departure in the current period of the Zamalek club team, although he is one of the names that were a candidate to leave the ranks of the white team.

A source in Zamalek confirmed in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that the secret behind the maintenance of the player and his failure to leave until now is due to three reasons, the first of which is the lack of clarity of Salah Mossadegh’s position, regarding staying or leaving the team in the coming period.
The source added that the second thing is that there was a desire to contract with Yassin Merhi, the former team defender and the current team, but the player’s transfer to Al -Ahly made matters disrupted in the departure of Al -Zanari from the white team.
The source concluded his remarks by emphasizing that the last reasons are the Belgian coach Yannick Ferrera, the team’s coach, who asked to give the player an opportunity before settling his matter, especially in light of the lack of defenders in the team and not contracting with any new defender until now.
