Dr. Yasser Al -Naqbi, Director General of the Governmental Academy in the Government Empowerment Department – Abu Dhabi, stressed that “Jadara” is a program that works to prepare future leaders by choosing the best employees and introducing them in development training paths for a period of 12 months, and the program also runs the government empowerment department in Abu Dhabi. He told Al -Khaleej: “29 employees were chosen after a careful review of their scientific and practical experiences and qualifications.”
