I witnessed Poultry markets Today, Saturday, July 5, 2025, a slight increase, as the price of a kilo of white chicks increased by about 2 pounds, to record 66 pounds on the farm, amid an abundance in the supply and stability of feed prices, according to the poultry exchange.

According to the data, the price of white chicken for the consumer is currently between 75 and 78 pounds per kilo, according to the region and the transportation costs.
Saso poultry prices also stabilized at 101 pounds per kilo on farms, and are sold to consumers at prices ranging between 107 and 109 pounds.
As for the mothers ’poultry, it recorded 45 pounds per kilo inside the farm, which contributes to enhancing competitiveness and reducing the cost on the final consumer.
Chicks prices today
With regard to the chicks, the price of the white chick declined by 8 pounds to 12 pounds, while the price of the Sasso chick stabilized at 10 pounds, in an indication of relative stability in production inputs during the current period.
