The committee supervising the elections of the Board of Directors of the Babco Exploration and Production Company announced the recommendation of the 7 members of its board of directors, after the candidacy for running the elections of the Board of Directors for the electoral session 2025/2029 was closed.
The head of the committee, Fawaz Abdullah, stated that he submitted to run during the period announced for the nomination 7 members until the date of the closing of the candidacy, and thus all applicants for candidacy were announced by acclamation, according to what the union’s articles of association stipulates regarding the election of the members of the Board of Directors, and thus the council is the legitimate representative of the union members of the new electoral cycle.
Fawaz added, after announcing the victory of the candidates by acclamation, the first meeting of the board of directors was held in its new session, and administrative positions were distributed to the members of the council, and Muhammad Salmin was recommended to the former president as Chairman of the Syndicate, and the victory of both Sheikha Jassim Bushleibi in the position of Vice President and Mohamed Bassam Rabah as Secretary of the Secretary and Saleh Hussein Al -Bakri in the position of Financial Secretary, in addition to Muhammad Abdullah Jawhar, Assistant Secretary and Mohamed Hamad Al -Hashel, Assistant Secretary To the Board of Directors, Fawaz thanked all the members of the preparatory committee and all members of the union for their cooperation and effective participation that comes within the union responsibility in the success of the electoral process, wishing the union and its new management success in achieving the hopes and ambitions of its employees.
