Infantino mourns the death of Diego Gota
Infantino said in an official statement: I feel deeply sad to hear the news of the tragic death of Diego Gota and his brother André Silva, Vdigo, who has not exceeded 28 years of age, has enjoyed a wonderful football march so far, and he had many special years.
He added: While his brother André was shining in the ranks of the Benafil Club – and everyone who knew them, as well as the whole global football community, would miss them.
Infantino concluded: On behalf of FIFA and the entire football family, the best deepest condolences to their family and friends, as well as to everyone in the Liverpool club, the Banafil Club, and the Portuguese Football Association.
While Juergen Klopp, the former coach of the Liverpool team, was keen to bid farewell to Gota with a touching message, as he wrote through his official account on Instagram: This is a moment I suffer, there must be a greater goal, but I cannot see it, I grieve the news of Diego and his brother André.
He continued: Diego was not only a great player, but also a dear friend, husband and love and kindness, we will miss you a lot.
Klopp concluded his message: All my prayers, my prayers, my feelings, and my wife for your wife, for children, for the family, and for friends, and for everyone who loved them, lie in peace with all love.
Diego Gota’s death
The 28 -year -old Diego Gota was killed with his brother, in a terrible accident after the car tire exploded as a result of its deviation from the road, which led to its ignition.
