Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, with Eng. Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, continued the developments of providing works for preparing and linking the floating change units to the National Network for Natural Gas.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Petroleum reviewed the position of progressing business with regard to preparing and linking the floating change units to the national network of natural gases across Egyptian ports, stressing the concerted efforts of the various efforts of the concerned national authorities and companies, in an effort to finish various works in accordance with the schemes planned in this regard, and in a manner that achieves the insurance and sustainability of natural gas supplies for the various sectors of the state, productivity and consumerism.
Engineer Karim Badawi pointed out that the oil sector companies have already ended and before the scheduled dates of time tables of all works, equipment and technical tests on the marine sidewalks in the “Somid” and “Sonker” in the Ain Sukhna in preparation for receiving the floating change units.
The Prime Minister continued with the Minister of Petroleum, procedures for natural gas supplies for the various electricity production stations at the level of the Republic, in a manner that ensures the continued operation of the stations, and the lack of any interruptions in the electrical current.
Badawi emphasized the stability of the supplies of the National Natural Gas Network, to meet the needs of the electricity sector and the rest of the vital sectors.
