The archive and the national library organized a virtual training course for employees of government agencies in the UAE aimed at training specialists on how to prepare the tools used in document management and in particular the mechanism for preparing a document memorization plan that helps to determine the duration of the conflict of documents in each of its age stages in the government agency. The course, presented by Ahmed Mujib, the archiving expert, shed light on the document management system, the problem of documents in modern management, and explained the details of the documentation plan, their importance, objectives and how to prepare them.
