Representative Hassan Ibrahim Hassan praised the high contents held by the meeting of His Highness Sheikh Issa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, with His Excellency the President of the Supreme Council of Health and a number of officials, and the resulting directive of His Highness to launch a new package of training initiatives and programs to develop national cadres in the health sector, in cooperation with the “Tamkeen” labor fund and the Supreme Council of Health, stressing that this initiative represents a qualitative shift in supporting and qualifying 750 Bahraini from doctors and nurses, which reflects the constant trend towards building a national economy based on efficiency and investment in the Bahraini citizen.
Representative Hassan Ibrahim Hassan stressed that this step reflects the deep faith by the wise leadership of the importance of developing the health system and providing it with qualified national cadres, based on the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, and with direct support from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which embodies the strategic vision in making the Bahraini citizen the first choice in the labor market, especially in the vital sectors Like health.
Representative Hassan Ibrahim Hassan added that the qualitative initiatives that His Highness Sheikh Issa bin Salman is doing that demonstrates an ambitious vision that tends with confidence towards the future, and seeks to build an integrated development system that raises the efficiency of the citizen, and enhances sustainability in various sectors, indicating that the training and qualification of the people of Bahrain in the health sector enhances national health security, and contributes to achieving the sufficiency of national cadres in the future, which deserves praise and full support from the legislative authority.
He stressed that these initiatives represent an effective model of integration between national institutions, and embodies the true meaning of the national partnership in order to raise the quality of life for citizens and achieve the goals of Bahrain’s economic and development vision.
Representative Hassan Ibrahim Hassan also indicated that this initiative would open promising professional paths for Bahraini youth, in line with the goals of the government program in supporting the promising sectors and raising employment rates in the labor market, pointing out that investing in specialized training for national cadres is a long -term investment that benefits the quality of health services and the durability of the medical system in the Kingdom.
