Dr. Jacqueline Azar, Governor of the Lake, announced the coordination of admission for the first general secondary grade, for the next academic year 2025/2026, with a minimum of 235 degrees in all general secondary education schools at the governorate level, as a first stage of coordination.

For his part, Youssef El -Deeb, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in the lake, stressed the availability of sufficient places in all high school schools in the governorate to accommodate applicants, noting that determining the minimum admission came based on the study of the repetitive groups of the results of the general preparatory certificate, and in a manner that ensures the achievement of students ’interest and facilitating their enrollment in secondary education.

Earlier, Dr. Jacqueline Azar, Governor of the Lake, approved the result of the examination certificate of completion of the “General Preparatory” phase for the academic year 2024/2025 with a success rate of 75.16%, where this year this year was presented to 120 thousand and 260 male and female students, of whom 118 thousand and 722 were attended, and 89 thousand and 236 male and female students succeeded.
The Governor of the Lake also adopted the result of the professional preparatory certificate, as the total number of applicants reached 4625 male and female students, including 4473 students, and 3585 succeeded with a success rate of 80.15%.
As well as the preparatory certificate for the deaf and weak hearing, the number of applicants was 37 of them, 37, 34 succeeded, at 91.08%, as well as the preparatory result for the blind, as 11 male and female students attended 11 students and 9 students succeeded at 81.82%.
