The family of a victim of a gagging operation inside a hospital in Alexandria revealed the details of his death, as they accused the doctor of causing death during the surgery, and they edited a report No. 200 of 2025 civil compensation, of accusing the doctor’s operation, anesthesiologist and the neglect hospital.

Habiba, the daughter of the victim, said in statements to Cairo 24, that her father settled on the attending physician after searching a lot between the doctors, and was surprised by requesting examinations and analyzes without examining him, which raised the suspicion inside them, but the doctor assured them that this is the way he works.
She added: The doctor asked my father to go to one of the private hospitals to perform the operation, and when my uncle asked the doctor about the success rate of the operation, he said: He will be in cases of success rates of the operation with her lower condition than your condition, and with a disturbing success, but this is the first money.
She continued: Indeed, we gave him the full amount of the operation, and when my father entered the operating room, it took more time than usual, reaching 5 hours, and I was surprised that the doctor disappeared from the hospital and a sudden mansion in the place, and when we went to see my father, we found it left with intensive care without care.
And I continued: My father was discharged from the hospital after the surgery, and after that his health deteriorated, we went back to the hospital, but they initially refused to receive the case, and after pressure from us they received him and remained several days without taking care, and when calling to check on him, the line is closed or the response was not closed, then suddenly they told us about his death.
Habiba added: I reached one of the hospital workers, who witnessed that she heard the details of the operation and that my father did not have to enter the operations from the ground, and that what happened to him was a poisoning of the lung from the beginning, and when the hospital officials asked about the matter, they were dismissed from the doctor, explaining that they were holding the operating room for him without any responsibility from them.
She confirmed that they had edited a report to find out the circumstances of the death of her father and accused the doctor, anesthesiologist and hospital of neglect, calling for the return of her father’s right, who killed a medical negligence.
