The University of Bahrain Technology participated in the effectiveness of The Takeoff, organized by the Caliph Al -Mabra Foundation at its new headquarters in Al -Riffa, attracted the program that shed light on future professions and educational opportunities in local universities, with great enthusiasm from high school students who showed remarkable attention to participation.
The event was attended by Her Highness Sheikha Zain Bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, His Excellency the Minister of Social Development, Mr. Osama Al -Alawi, and His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Governor of the Southern Governorate.
On this, Dr. Hassan Ali Al -Mulla, President of the University of Bahrain Technology, expressed his deep gratitude to Her Highness Sheikha Zain Bint Khalid Al Khalifa for her leadership of this important initiative.
Dr. Al -Mulla also stressed the commitment of the University of Bahrain Technology as a partner with the Al -Mabra Al -Khalifiya Foundation, saying: “Together we dedicate our efforts to prepare a generation that will contribute to the renaissance and growth of Bahrain in all sectors.
Through its unique academic programs, the University of Bahrain Technology seeks to rehabilitate its request for the requirements of the labor market and emphasizes its commitment to providing education related to vital areas such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. In addition, the university stresses the importance of vocational counseling, which contributes to training students in making appropriate decisions regarding their academic and professional paths.
The participating students expressed the importance of such initiatives and their great appreciation for this opportunity, which helped them understand the requirements of the labor market.
