The Ministry of Education has announced the opening of transfer between public and private schools for the academic year 2025-2026.
She indicated in a post on her official Instagram platform, that the date of transfer from private schools to government schools, and from government to government will be from the sixth of July to July 17, through the service of “transferring school students”, provided by the Information and Electronic Government Authority through the National Portal of Bahrain Bahrain.bh.
While transferring from private schools to private schools, from government to private from July 6 to September 30.
The ministry indicated that the documents required for those wishing to transfer from private schools to government schools include: a copy of the final certificate for the academic year 2024-2025, and the statement of evacuation of a request from the private school “withdrawal message”.
It is noteworthy that the transfer of school students is a service provided by the Ministry of Education to the parents of students from citizens and residents, allowing them to submit the transfer request between public and private schools and inquire about it, and they can also inquire about the state of private schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to the ministry, the conditions of the service are: transferring students between schools only in the official periods designated for that, and the registration is available in the period specified by the private school, and based on the criteria for admission and the absorptive energy of the school.
The transfer takes place between public schools on the basis of the student’s residential complex. In the event of a transfer to a school not affiliated with the residential complex, this is required to attach a document stating the reason for the transfer.
Some students are excluded from this service in the following cases: The recent academic certificate issued from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, deaths or divorce in which custody is for non -parents.
The service is done electronically by entering the electronic service through the website of the Ministry of Education or the national platform, and filling the required data, in addition to attaching the required documents.
