The real estate trading sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain recorded a stable activity during the month of June 2025, as the value of real estate trading amounted to about 77.015 million dinars, distributed over 1,767 real estate transactions.
At the level of the first half of the year 2025, the total value of real estate trading amounted to about 532.7 million Bahraini dinars, with a total of 11,215 transactions, according to official statistics on the official website of the Survey and Real Estate Registration Authority and the data showed that June 22 was the highest day in terms of trading, registered 357 real estate transactions, followed by June 4 with 208 deals, then June 2 with 139 deals.
On the other hand, June 23 was the lowest in terms of the number of deals, with only 46 deals, followed by June 16 with 52 deals, then 29, 15 and 11 June with 58 deals per day.
Statistics also showed that April topped the list of the highest months in terms of the number of real estate deals during the first half of the year, with a total of 2,690 transactions, while January came as the lowest months in terms of the number of deals by 1,358 transactions.
These indicators reflect a state of balance in the real estate market, supported by the availability of various investment opportunities and flexible organizational measures, which contributes to supporting the sector as an important tributary of economic growth in the Kingdom.
