He added that the real estate referred to in the request according to the documents available to us that were provided with by the funeral of the grandfather of the Hajj confirms that the property stood in favor of the funeral and accordingly, the classification specified in the decision of the Urban Planning and Development Authority does not achieve the purpose of the legal endowment as it is not commensurate with what is specified in the endowment document.
