The Board of Tenders and Auctions has opened a tender for the organization of the Bahrain International Agricultural and Animal Production Exhibition (Marai 2025), which is a prominent national platform concerned with enhancing food security concepts, with the latest technologies in the fields of agriculture, livestock and animal production, with local and international participation from the relevant authorities.
The tender offers only one bid, amounting to about 1.9 million dinars, provided by a company specialized in organizing major events and exhibitions.
The tender reviewed the design, planning, marketing, construction, and complete production of all the exhibition’s requirements, including the production of the opening ceremony, direct offers for animals, agricultural production exhibition and building temporary facilities.
The exhibition comes in its next version as part of the efforts to support the productive sectors in the Kingdom, and to stimulate agricultural and animal investments in a way that contributes to promoting sustainability and achieving self -sufficiency.
Marai is one of the most prominent specialized events in the Kingdom, where it is organized annually with the aim of highlighting the latest innovations in the fields of agriculture, livestock and animal production, as well as supporting national initiatives in food security and sustainability.
The exhibition attracts local and international posts from companies and institutions working in the sector, in addition to experts, specialists and those interested in this field.
